Why I Run at the Gym Everyday

I’m a huge advocate of running. I know that it takes some effort and energy to make it happen, and I’m usually the first person to prefer just being lazy and relaxing in bed with a book or watching TV.

Still, the benefits of running are clear as day to me and there’s one thing I’ve noticed about it all. I’ve never regretted running after I’ve finished a run.

I’ll always feel better after the fact, which leads me to believe that it’s just a mental block that prevents us from doing it more often. Still, it’s something that we should definitely push ourselves to do as hard as we possibly can.

Running is great for both the body and mind. Not only is it a great means of burning calories and keeping our weight down, but the process of running releases endorphins to the rest of the body, making you feel naturally happy after a run.

Additionally, I’ve found that it’s easier for me to focus on work when I run. I sleep better at night too.

Even though it feels like work, it’s clear that you’ll be better off if you start running on a regular basis. Push yourself because it definitely pays off, which you’ll see if you begin to do it.

Everyone does different things to make sure that his or her run will be as pleasant as possible. Some people load up an mp3 player and listen to their favorite music. Others might even watch their favorite TV shows while they’re in the middle of a run on a treadmill.

It’s also important to set personal goals as you run. While some people are perfectly content with maintaining the same speed, I’ve always found that I get the maximum benefit whenever I’m striving to achieve new fastest times.
